Rachel Enders Clark is an Associate with the firm specializing in civil litigation related to real estate matters.

Rachel received her bachelor’s degree in Global Studies with an emphasis on formation of the EU, and minors in English and German from the University of California, Santa Barbara in 2017. She received her law degree (J.D.) from the Pepperdine University Caruso School of Law in 2021. Prior to joining the firm, she began her career with the Sherman Oaks law firm of Felman, Daggenhurst, Toporoff & Spinrad.

While at CSOL, Rachel served as the Real Estate Director of the Palmer Center for Entrepreneurship and the Law, Symposium Editor for the Dispute Resolution Law Journal, and Co-Chair of the Armand Arabian Advocacy Moot Court Tournament. She continues to participate in moot court events at the law school as well as other alumni programs.

In addition, Rachel externed with District Judge Terry J. Hatter, Jr.; worked with Realty Trust Advisor Investments, a boutique property development company in Malibu; worked with Wilshire Skyline, a property development company in Los Angeles; and interned with Yossi Levy & Co, a commercial and administrative law firm in Tel Aviv.

Rachel is currently a board member of the Italian American Law Association of Los Angeles.

Rachel is admitted to the State Bar of California and to the Central District of California.
