On this past Friday, May 22, 2015, David J. Glass, Chair of the Firm’s Family Law Department, represented our client, Kelly Rutherford, in an ex parte application to the Los Angeles Superior Court seeking the return of her two minor children from Monaco. The Court granted our requests, and entered Orders providing Ms. Rutherford with temporary sole legal and physical custody and other Orders designed to assist her in returning the children to the United States. The case has garnered a good deal of national media attention.
