ERLP obtained a complete defense verdict on behalf of our client in a wrongful termination and pregnancy discrimination case last week. After substituting into the case just a month before trial, Litigation Shareholder Teri T. Pham prepared the case for trial and handled the entire trial solo. The plaintiff sought significant compensatory and punitive damages for disability discrimination and failure to accommodate. The jury returned a verdict on behalf of our client on all causes of action on January 8, 2015.
