On Thursday, October 26, 2017, the Long Beach chapter of FIBI (the “For Investors by Investors” Real Estate Group) will host a panel on Tax & Legal Strategies for Real Estate Investors, with a panel discussion format. This panel will be very appealing to those looking to invest passively in real estate without having to take on day-to-day management responsibility, and will discuss strategies such as syndications, investing in trust deeds and the like, with the panelists relating real world examples and their many different perspectives. In addition to Mr. Fischer, the panelists include Brian Chou, an estate planning attorney, and Amanda Han and Matt MacFarland, both accountants with Keystone CPA, Inc.
