Our client was served with a Cybersquatting and Conversion case in the Los Angeles Superior Court. Shareholder Robert A. Rabbat, in short order, successfully removed the case to Federal Court, filed a very aggressive answer, then served the Plaintiff with an even more aggressive Motion for Sanctions, seeking monetary sanctions against Plaintiff and its counsel for presenting false factual statements in the Complaint. Thereupon, the Plaintiff agreed to dismiss the matter in its entirety.
