Daniel Jacobs, Of Counsel in the Los Angeles Office, along with Robert A. Rabbat, Partner in the Las Vegas Office, were featured in a Law360 “top story” reporting on Kalbers v. DOJ, a high-profile Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) case. EPGR is representing Professor Kalbers in federal court in a case seeking public disclosure of the secret evidence of the Volkswagen diesel emissions scandal. We successfully defended against Volkswagen’s attempt to intervene in the case. Volkswagen is appealing.
