Dina Randazzo is an experienced business litigator representing individual and corporate clients in complex business disputes including unfair competition, employment, contracts, intellectual property, and environmental issues.
Dina graduated first in her class from the University of California, Davis School of Law in 2008 and was admitted to the Order of the Coif. She graduated summa cum laude from the University of California, San Diego in 2005 with a Bachelor of Arts in Law & Society and Sociology with Honors.
After law school, Dina joined Latham & Watkins, LLP where she focused on environmental law and intellectual property litigation. Dina represented large corporate clients in complex litigation matters and counseled clients on investigation and remediation of environmental conditions, including EPA 104(e) requests and Regional Water Quality Control Board investigations. Dina drafted multiple successful dispositive motions and appellate briefs handled extensive written discovery and took and defended multiple depositions. Dina led fact and expert discovery on several complex matters, including researching and drafting successful motions to compel sanctions motions, and Daubert motions.
After over seven years at Latham, Dina joined Schilling Law Group, PC (SLG), where she focused on business litigation and employment matters. At SLG, Dina counseled companies on a broad range of pre- and post-litigation employment issues; researched and prepared case analyses; drafted complaints and dispositive motions, many of which required analysis and research of novel and unique legal issues; and negotiated multiple successful settlements. Dina also coordinated complex discovery efforts including interviewing witnesses, investigating relevant facts, drafting and responding to all forms of written discovery, strategizing about efficient and effective document collection and review, drafting protective orders regarding confidential information, coordinating experts, and preparing for and taking depositions of key witnesses.
Dina affiliated with Enenstein Pham & Glass in 2020. She is admitted to practice law in California, as well as the Central District of California, Northern District of California, Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals and Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals.
