Patricia earned her J.D. from the University of California, Los Angeles School of Law and her Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from the University of California, Santa Barbara where she graduated with Dean’s Honors. During law school, Ms. Lin was the External Affairs Editor and Managing Editor for the Asian Pacific American Law Journal. She was a founding member and served as Treasurer of UCLA Law’s Fashion and Beauty Law Association. She enjoyed competing in the UCLA Transactional Law Competition and won first place overall in 2019 for her team’s contract’s draft.
Ms. Lin has experience working closely with clients on a range of issues such as landlord-tenant disputes and defamation in a trauma-informed manner. Prior to joining Enenstein Pham & Glass, Ms. Lin interned during her law school summers in Los Angeles and Berkeley, CA and gained valuable experience advising clients, conducting settlement negotiations, and drafting legal documents. She is passionate about being a strong legal advocate in and out of the courtroom and enjoys helping clients find collaborative solutions to their legal issues with alternative dispute resolution.
Ms. Lin is located in our Costa Mesa Office and works in the Civil Litigation Department.
